Help keep standards current: submit an amendment proposal
Submit a suggestion
Fill out the amendment suggestion form. Anyone can submit — DSWG members, CDC staff, or jurisdictional partners. Proposals are collected on a regular schedule.
DSWG leadership review
At routine intervals, the DSWG co-chairs confirm the amendment type and assign a disposition: accepted, deferred, or declined. You’ll be notified either way.
Amendment published
Accepted amendments are bundled and published on a regular schedule.
